ddot

hello!

welcome to my humble blog [ddot], pronounced dee-dot. at some stage in my life, it was a nickname given to me and now it’s a space to keep short [and sometimes long] notes about things i find and mostly things i photograph and experience. most of the time these things are edible and homely, and when i’m lucky enough these things are about travel.

i think this sums up what i look for in a good day: a home cooked meal and a little adventure, near or far. and i’m so happy to have you here.

i like: freshly squeezed orange juice, sandwiches cut in triangles, layer cake, chocolate milk, cheese on a platter with bits of fig, freshly laundered sheets, peonies in a rotund vase, watching films with the sound turned off, jigsaw puzzles and listening to prince and the beatles.

good day!

This is funny because I like only the bottom crusts of pre-sliced bread but despise the top crusts ;)
