sorry, i am not feeling so great these days. something like a scratchy sore throat and a heavyhead.
these days it’s all about a quick homemade meals and restful nights.

oh no! the scratchy throat and heavy head! i had that a couple nights ago, and it has progressed according to plan. i am now very sneezy. i am hoping it will be gone by saturday. for all of us!

Hope the heavy head and scratchy throat do not progress any further. Over in Perth sniffles and sneezes are orders of the day.
