sleep: one
so begins my week of good sleep. my aim is to go back to good habits of falling asleep and then waking up at a decent time. i have been told that it takes 28 days to develop {and break} habits, but i am trying for a week this time. i’ve always teetered around being a night owl, but still waking up early, can bring around a slump of exhaustion due to burning the candle at both ends. throw in busy days and you have a not so healthy way to live.
so here is my humble way of getting some good sleep, seeing as my main problem right now seems to be switching off and winding down, posting a photograph in this space will start the wind-down. good night.
