		<description>I love this post! We used to have a 'frosty bite' when we came out of the sea as children - a little snack to warm us up again. And at school we had miniature bottles of milk with a straw and either a doughnut or chelsea bun for our elevenses. We had little books of 'bun tickets' with which to pay for them.</description>
