today, i so badly wanted to go to the beach and have a fine lunch of fish and chips. it was perfect weather you see. grey skies and little sprinkle from the clouds. dessert would have been a hot chocolate.

instead it was down to the pub for the daily special. and it came wrapped in paper just as i imagined. it was a good alternative.

eeek! i have so many posts to write, but this week has got the better of me for a variety of reasons. namely daily visits to the doctor because i am a clumsy pedestrian with a nasty gash on my knee. blah!

this photo is for elisabeth and her daughter tovalisa, who are collectors of deer ornaments. i think we have the same deer!
