here is the polka dot cup which i wrote about yesterday. when i was at the op shop during my lunch break i had promised myself to only buy one item. so i found something soft and warm to wear this winter and walked on by the cup because i don’t really need more polka dots in my life. but drawn to it i was, and really too many polka dots? who am i kidding? the shop assistant is a very nice guy and often makes a comment on your swag. “perfect for milk” he said while wrapping it up in newspaper.

come to think of it, i think i was drawn to it because of this photograph. i love that wall and the tones and many of elisabeth’s table setting photos {and her fine little blogs}. the feel of this cup is quite nice, its a thick pyrexy-type of glass, and those sweet little dots. so nice.
