hello to another new week! the first month of autumn just flew by, and now onto the month of april. of cooler weather, amber and gold, hot cross buns, rabbits, chocolate and the like. in my head i have a few ideas of making something different for this easter’s celebrations and also something to give visitors and we we go visiting over the easter long weekend. the thing is i knew the long weekend was close by, i just thought i had an extra week to get organised. so, it’ll be a case of being realistic and just enjoying the time off from work, time with friends, time with family and time to eat well.
